The Dominion is an evil organization of warlocks and witches that serve as the primary antagonists in Return to Halloweentown & Halloweentown High (only with Edgar Dalloway).
The Dominion included the Chancellor of Witch University and Mr. Sinister. Usually, to identify a Dominion member you firstly see someone with a black hood on. Then secondly, you see them using dark magic to forcefully control the user there trying to bind, get control of, or get information out of. Usual Dominion members, don't say that they're apart of it until the time is right. Which makes it harder to find out who is really the villain. As shown in Halloweentown High when Marnie didn't know that Ethan's father was apart of it.
